WAKE COUNTY IS NOT AFFORDABLE.
KYLE IS RUNNING FOR COUNTY COMMISSIONER TO CHANGE THAT.
Meet Kyle
Kyle Stogoski doesn't just talk about the affordability crisis; he's lived it. Kyle knows how it feels to not know where you're going to get the money for rent; he's running for County Commissioner to end that feeling in Wake County. At 25, Kyle has been involved in the local community, working for campaigns and for a better Wake County.
Kyle hopes to build a family in Wake County; he knows that requires a more affordable county.

THE VISION
Wake County is growing rapidly, but growth alone doesn't guarantee prosperity for working families. Too often, opportunity concentrates into fewer hands while housing becomes less attainable, small businesses struggle to compete, and taxpayers see rising costs without clear results.
Families deserve more than growth headlines. They deserve stable homeownership, strong local businesses, safe communities, quality schools, responsible infrastructure, and a government that treats every tax dollar with respect.
That's why I created the Broad Prosperity Initiative - a comprehensive plan to ensure Wake County's growth benefits everyday families, strengthens local ownership, protects our land and natural resources, and demands accountability from government.
This initiative focuses on expanding opportunity instead of concentrating it, rewarding hard work instead of entrenchment, and building long-term prosperity instead of short-term gains. It recognizes that strong communities are built when families can afford to live where they work, entrepreneurs can compete on a fair playing field, public investments deliver measurable results, and growth happens responsibly.
The Broad Prosperity Initiative is built on five pillars that work together to strengthen our economy, improve affordability, protect our future, and restore trust in local government.
